.5 lbs of organic, fair trade Millstone coffee – on sale for $9.19 per pound, used one $1.50/1 coupon from the 07/11 Red Plum newspaper insert, which doubled; final price: $2.60.
2 lbs of brown rice – price: $2.99
1 package of Lay’s Kettle Cooked Potato Chips – regularly $2.99, used a coupon from the Safeway sales flier to bring the price down to $1.77; this stacked with a $1.00/1 coupon from the June issue of All You magazine, which also doubled; final price: .27 cents.
1 box of bullion cubes – price: $1.50
1 package of tortillas – price: $1.99
1 package of toilet paper – regularly $6.49, used a coupon from the Safeway sales flier to bring the price down to $4.88. That’s a decent price for this area, so I thought I’d stock up.
1 dozen eggs – price: $1.69
3 bags of frozen spinach – on sale 3 for $4.00
1 lb of butter – regularly $2.99, used a coupon from the Safeway sales flier to bring the price down to $1.99.
One 4-pack of Yoplait Yo Plus – on sale for $2.29, used a coupon from the Safeway sales flier to bring the price down to $1.79; this also stacked with a .50/1 coupon from the 07/11 Smart Source newspaper insert, which doubled; final price: .79 cents.
One 4-pack of Yoplait Delights – on sale for $2.29, used a coupon from the Safeway sales flier to bring the price down to $1.79; this also stacked with a .50/1 coupon from the 07/11 Smart Source newspaper insert, which doubled; final price: .79 cents.
