I’ve mentioned before that I keep a shoebox for expired coupons. Why on earth would you keep an expired coupon, you say? Because many military commissaries will accept expired coupons, and you can mail them directly to military families through programs like Coupons To Troops, or even trade them on Hot Coupon World. It’s high time that I cleared out the expireds from my stash, and I have a pile of great, high-value coupons – many for free items! – that I could not use.
